The uniforms for all star cheer vary by division and age. The most basic divisions in all star are tiny (ages 5-6), mini (ages 5-8), youth (ages 5-11), junior (ages 5-14), and senior (ages 10-18), but there are also other special divisions.
All divisions other than senior are required to wear a full length uniform top that covers the midriff. All star senior teams wear a cropped (and usually long sleeve) top that fits like a sports bra. These tops are usually made of spandex material and includes the gym’s logo, colors, and many sequins/rhinestones.
All teams also wear either a skirt, skort, or spandex shorts of some sort that match the top. These are usually shorter than high school uniform skirts to reduce the risk of injury or clothing getting caught during stunts or tumbling. White or black cheer shoes and socks are also a part of the uniform as well as a bow or team scrunchie.
